Geotracker is a database and geographic information system (GIS) that provides online access to environmental data. It tracks regulatory data about underground fuel tanks and public drinking water wells, as well as other types of sites, such as above ground storage tanks (AGTs). ;By entering a site address, users can obtain maps and textual information on wells, tanks, and pipelines in California, including data on leaking underground fuel tank (LUFT) sites. Other information that can be graphically displayed as a layer on Geotracker includes highways and roads, topographic maps, surface water boundaries, watershed boundaries, groundwater basins, and hydrologic vulnerability areas
