Trade Regulations Reporter: Provides a comprehensive resource covering the federal and state antitrust laws and federal consumer protection laws. It includes full text and analysis of laws, rules, guidelines, government enforcement activity, and private antitrust litigation. The Explanations division contains CCH explanation, annotations, and relevant court decisions organized by topic. The Laws, Rules, Policy Statements Division provides the full text of the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Federal Trade Commission Act and other related laws, as well as state antitrust laws, FTC trade regulation rules and guides, and other agency policies and guidelines, such as the Horizontal Merger and International Operations Guidelines.
