University Archives: Major Collections - Academic Planning

Academic planning relates to the establishment and accreditation of academic programs, the definition and revision of curricular and departmental requirements, the formulation and approval of courses, and the evaluation of teaching and learning.  Academic planning at UCI occurs at the level of both the entire campus and the individual school or department. The University Archives has a variety of materials that document academic planning, particularly for the campus and the schools.
