Locating UCI Theses and Dissertations

A circulating copy of each UCI thesis or dissertation is cataloged in ANTPAC and shelved in Langson Library, the Science Library, or the Southern Regional Library Facility (SRLF). Consult the thesis and dissertation call number table to browse all titles by discipline.  Theses and dissertations submitted in recent months are available only in Special Collections and Archives before they appear in ANTPAC.

Ph.D. dissertations produced since 1997 by students on all UC campuses may be available in full text online from Proquest Digital Dissertations.  They can be accessed at no charge from any computer in the UCI Libraries.

Theses or dissertations from other universities are NOT available in Special Collections and Archives. Those owned by the UCI Libraries circulate and are cataloged in ANTPAC.  If a title you seek is not in ANTPAC, inquire at a Reference Desk.
