Theses and Dissertations - How can we help?
It is highly recommended that your thesis or dissertation be critiqued before turning in your final copies to the University Archives. During the critique process, a Special Collections and Archives staff member will check your thesis or dissertation to see if it meets all the formatting requirements specified in the manual. The librarian will also be able to answer any questions regarding the submission process. No appointment is necessary. In most cases a critique takes 10-20 minutes. The critique service is available during Special Collections and Archive’s open hours listed below.

Summer and intersession hours: 1-5 pm, Monday - Friday |
The quarterly workshop is conducted during the beginning of each quarter, except for summer session. The workshop explains the requirements for submitting theses and dissertations.

A question and answer workshop is conducted toward the end of each quarter, except for summer session. This Q & A workshop will not have a formal presentation. Instead, a Special Collections and Archives staff member will be available to answer any questions about the submission process.
