Hmong California Times
The Southeast Asian Archive is now subscribing to the Hmong California Times, a bi-lingual Hmong- English newspaper published in Fresno. Recent issues featured articles (in English) on the Hmong community in Fresno, a criticism of the GAIN program in Marysville, and an interview with Tou Xia Thao, former mayor of Mouang Phoune.
