Buffet lunch included (no charge). Contintental breakfast and afternoon snacks will be provided. Please indicate any dietary preferences, e.g, vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, gluten-free, etc.

Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for LAUC Assembly Attendees at the Wyndham Hotel, Irvine. Reservations must be made by March 26, 2017.

Hotel van transportation from the airport to the Wyndham Hotel is available by calling (949) 863-1999 and meeting the shuttle at the hotel van pickup on the lower level of the airport across the street from the terminal

Additional Information

The LAUC Executive Board will meet for dinner at Bluewater Grill, at The District in Tustin (2409 Park Avenue, Tustin, CA 92782; Tel: 714 258 3474) at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, April 19, the night before the Assembly and will be hosted by LAUC President Dana Peterman. Other attendees are welcome to attend the dinner, but will need to follow local campus guidelines to request reimbursement. If you will need transportation from the Wyndham Hotel to the restaurant, please indicate so below and arrangements will be made for carpooling. Meet at the Wyndham entrance at 6:15 pm. Dinner reservations are requested by April 12.
