The UC Irvine Libraries' collections support the teaching and research mission of the campus. The UCI Libraries hold more than 4 million volumes and provide access to approximately 250,000 print and online journals and scholarly resources. The Libraries also maintain a collection of 2.9 million microforms -- as well as more than 110,000 cartographic and graphic materials, computer files, audio recordings, films, and videos.  Collection development and collection management strategies are outlined in this UCI Libraries Collection Policy.
