I understand the 3D printer must be used exclusively for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all University of California policies.

understand I may not collect, upload, transmit, display, create or distribute content that violates or may violate any law or third-party right, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

I understand that the UCI Libraries are not responsible for finishing my printed object nor are they responsible for content of lost, misplaced, corrupted or damaged flash drives.

I understand that the UCI Libraries reserve the right to decline any print request for any reason.

I understand that if I don’t pick up my printed object within 3 business days of being notified it is available for pick-up, it becomes the property of UCI Libraries.

Can we show your printed object printing on UCI Libraries webcam, take a photo of it, manufacture it, or replicate it for marketing or university business related purposes?
