- Activate the VPN. Make sure you select the UCIFull option.
- Go to https://www.washingtonpost.com/.
- You now have access and should not be limited to a certain number of articles per month. You will still see a "subscribe now" button and banners advertising subscriptions. Feel free to ignore them as individual registration is not required for access.
