Student Displays Program Proposal Form

Please describe the types of materials to be displayed (e.g., paintings, sculptures, photographs, posters, digital media, and/or books) and the size/dimensions and number of works to be displayed.
Please provide some information about how the works are to be displayed (e.g., hung on display walls or displayed on monitors) and how much space would be required for the entire display. Also list other necessary requirements (e.g., digital screens, power, and/or sound).

UCI Libraries has a limited selection of display mediums available for student displays. Please check all that you'd like to use to display your work, if available.

Please supply a suggested beginning and end date with month, day, and year. Note that displays will be on display for a limited period (no more than one academic quarter). If the display is time sensitive, please explain.
I understand that I am responsible for the setup and takedown of the display during regular library hours and that display materials must be placed so as to accommodate physical safety considerations and must not interfere with the primary functions of the library buildings.
I authorize UCI Libraries staff to video and/or photograph the display and materials within the display for promotional purposes. I understand that the display will be in a public space and that members of the public will be able to capture images of the display.
