VizWall Policy

Last reviewed: September 27, 2024

The Science Library VizWall is a large digital display, 143.5” X 81”, which can be used as a teaching tool for the UCI community and visualization tool for research/data being produced by the UCI campus.

UCI students, staff, and faculty who work with their subject librarian or their contact in the UCI Libraries can reserve the VizWall (see map) for one time educational or research events. Events can be scheduled up to 2 months in advance.  Unsure who to contact? Please ask

If you are a first-time user of the space, the Libraries’ IT department will contact you (based on the contact information in the reservation) to schedule an orientation appointment (approximately 10-15 minutes) at least 5 working days prior to your event. The person reserving the space is responsible for assuring content displayed during events complies with all applicable university policies, which include, among others, the Libraries’ Users Rights & Responsibilities and the University of California’s Copyright and Fair Use policy.
